Paying your rent and service charges

As a tenant, you are responsible for paying your rent and service charges. Below you will find several ways in which you can pay your rent or any other related charges to us.

Direct Debit

Setting up a Direct Debit is the easiest way for you to pay your rent or service charge.

To set up or change a Direct Debit, please complete a form or contact us.

Bank transfer or standing order

Should you wish to pay by bank transfer or standing order, our details are:

Account name – Worthing Homes Income Account

Please include your property reference number which can be found on your rent statement and tenancy agreement.

Allpay

Payments can be paid on the “AllPay” smart phone app available to download free from the Apple App store or the Google Play store.

To pay via “Allpay”, you will need to request a card by contacting us.

Cash/Payment card

Should you wish to pay using a payment card you can request one by contacting us.

Payment cards can be used to pay rent in Post Offices or at outlets that have the Paypoint sign.
