The customer portal is our easy-to-use, free online self service that can be accessed on your smart phone, tablet, laptop or computer. It is available 24/7 and it allows you to manage your rent, report repairs with photos, download statements and much more.
How to sign up
When you visit the customer portal for the first time you will need to register. To do this you will need:
- an email address
- your date of birth
- your surname
- agreement reference
- activation code
If you had an account with us before, you still need to register as this is a brand new portal.
