Job applicants, current and former employees

Job applicants

Personal information about unsuccessful candidates will be held for 12 months after the recruitment exercise has been completed, it will then be destroyed or deleted.

Former employees

Where a person is no longer employed by Worthing Homes, it will retain the employee file in accordance with the requirements of its retention schedule and then delete it.
