96% of you trust Worthing Homes as a landlord with over half of all residents feeling very loyal and happy to promote us, that’s according to the results from our latest STAR customer satisfaction survey.
The Star survey which took place between October and November 2013, saw just over 1,500 residents (a mix of general needs and sheltered housing residents) being asked to complete the survey; with the questions covering a wide range of topics from our housing services, repairs and maintenance, and neighbourhood and estate services through to our communication and information, internet and email, and contact with us.
The results from the 2013 STAR survey are positive, with many ratings remaining at the same high levels found in 2009. Satisfaction with our services received one of the highest ratings in the survey (91%) and shows a high degree of loyalty towards us.
The survey did however find some areas where satisfaction had fallen compared to the survey carried out in 2009, these were linked to communication and information, customer services and the repairs service. As well as publishing the results of the survey we plan to put the findings to good use by working with residents to further improve the services we provide.
