We thought we would share news of a kind gesture that a company is making to compensate for an error on their part.
Asprey Solutions recently sent out a mailshot, including us, but the correct postage was not applied so the Post Office kept the mail. When the envelope was collected from the post office, as we didn’t know if it was important or not, we paid the extra postage and notified Asprey Solutions of their error.
Thinking no more of it we have this morning received a letter from them apologising for what had happened and informing us that they are making a £500 donation to Shelter to make up for the error.
Well done Asprey Solutions…we are very impressed by your actions!
