Regeneration project in Felpham

The go ahead has been given for a significant regeneration project in Felpham, West Sussex.

We have worked very closely with all partners including the Homes and Communities Agency to make sure this development went ahead, providing much needed affordable homes within Arun. Worthing Homes has been working with Barratt Homes, Arun District Council and West Sussex County Council over the past 15 months to ensure that this development obtained the support and funding it needed to start. The scheme will include 139 homes for affordable rent, as well as the completion of the North Bersted Relief Road (NBRR).

Worthing Homes is especially pleased that around two-thirds of the proposed homes are large family houses, as providing affordable accommodation for families remains a particular goal.

These homes form part of a larger development to provide 1,350 new homes, along with a community hall, shops, sports pitches and other public open space, cycle paths, footpaths, public transport and a school.
