Year 3 of our corporate plan has now been published, and tells you all about how we have been doing over the last year along with our plans for this year.
We have, once again, made good progress against our overarching aims. In July 2013, we retained the top rating for governance (G1) and financial viability (V1) with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). Our 2013 financial statements showed a successful and strong year, we also demonstrated our track record in improving our operating efficiency. These results combined with the results from our STAR survey, which showed that 96% of our residents trust Worthing Homes as a landlord, place us in a strong position for the year ahead.
