After 19 years of providing good quality affordable homes in the West Sussex coastal region we have just completed on our first homes, more inland, in Chichester.

Purchased from Pathway developments the six homes (five flats and one 3 bedroom family home) will all be going to people who live or work in the local area.
Two of the flats are available on a shared ownership basis with the other three and the family home being available via Chichester District Council on an affordable rent basis.
