In summer 2015 the Government announced a national living wage with the idea being that a wage is high enough for workers to have a normal standard of living; which means being able to afford everyday things like food, transport and paying bills.
As a responsible employer we have looked at all of our job roles and are now pleased to be able to say that they now all meet or exceed the National Living Wage.
