Our site regeneration project on Littlehampton Road, Worthing has now completed with residents already moved in.
The project saw the demolition of the old Becket Chambers, which comprised three shops with two flats above, to make way for 22 new contemporary flats; 10 one bedroom flats and 12 two bedroom flats.
Finished to a high standard and built to a Tudor – bethan style to blend in with the surrounding properties, these flats not only provide much needed homes for the local area but also give the new residents the peace of mind that comes with having a secure home, enabling them to increase their life chances.
