Worthing Homes are proud to be one of the first four contracts signed for the Homes & Communities Agency affordable homes programme.
This contract with the HCA will see Worthing Homes deliver 96 homes at affordable rent.
The first of these affordable rent properties will be at Blakes Mead in Felpham, our largest single development, which will deliver over 200 new homes over the next two to three years.
The £1.8 billion HCA programme will see 146 housing associations, local housing authorities and other providers deliver 80,000 new homes over the next four years; And Worthing Homes are pleased to be playing their part in this programme!
