Residents enjoy our happy birthday tea parties

As part of our 20th birthday celebrations, we recently held a number of tea parties for the residents of each of our sheltered housing blocks.

The parties were held in the afternoon at Pearsons Retreat and the Lovett Hub, ensuring all of our older residents were able to attend a party. Our chief executive Jackie Bligh was in attendance along with various colleagues who chatted and danced with residents, as well as providing an excellent waiting service!

As well as an afternoon of tea and cakes, the residents were entertained with live music from the band Palamine, who played a mixture of music from the 40’s through to the 60’s, much to the delight of the audience.
