Fun times at Felpham

On Thursday 30 August Worthing Homes residents at Blakes Mead, Felpham came together for an afternoon of fun with Worthing Homes staff and volunteer residents who had come to lend a hand.

It was lovely to meet our residents and get to know them better, adults and children alike had a fun afternoon and everyone went home with mosaics, badges and balloons. I look forward to meeting them again at our main fun day in October. Ruth Crack, the resident involvement co-ordinator

As well as an opportunity to talk to staff and fellow residents we offered mosaic making, badge making, temporary tattoos, story telling and football with Albion in the Community. Afternoon cream tea, cakes and refreshments were served by our resident volunteers.

As this is a completely new housing area we also invited the local Neighbourhood Watch, Clive Morge the PCSO for Felpham and the local parish council.
