Worthing Homes corporate plan for 2012-2015 was launched in April this year with a briefing to all staff to show how everyone’s role fits together to make the plan come alive, and to share the targets we want to achieve as a company with them.
We are pleased to announce that the results of the first quarter, which were delivered to staff today, showed that on nine out of our 11 performance indicators we have achieved our target percentage. Which is even better when you consider that our targets are all in the high 90’s to 100%!
Furthermore of the 142 team targets for the year 2012-2013, 9% have already been completed, and a massive 73% are in progress which means that we are on track for another highly successful year!
