Red Assure would like to invite you to the ‘Full of Life Festival 2011’ taking place on Thursday 15th of September at The Assembly Hall, Stoke Abbott Road, Worthing from 10 till 4.
‘Full of Life’ is a unique free of charge event aimed at anyone aged over 50, family members and care providers, to come along and enjoy a variety of demonstrations including, a cooking roadshow by West Sussex Fire & Rescue, ‘Singing for pleasure’, Short Mat Bowls and Worthing Creative Dance. The 2011 Festival theme is ‘health and well being’. Alongside health checks and nutrition workshops we are providing mini consultation areas for financial and legal advice. Come along and find out what’s happening in your area and meet representatives from local business and charity groups at information points around the exhibition hall.
