At the end of October 2012 the community house held a one day photography project in-conjunction with Blueprint 22.
The project was called ‘Changing faces’ and the aim was to capture a day in the life of the house through self portrait photos of the many different people that use it.
The day itself was a huge success with a wide range of people having their photo taken to support this event. It also gave a chance for some of the children that use the house to learn a little about photography as they were taking some of the photos. The community house team were joined by people from Guildcare, local businesses, the police, Northbrook college and Albion in the community. Staff were also pleased to welcome in a number of new children that hadn’t been to the house before.
The photos were so good they are now permanently on display down at the house!
