Customer profiling

At Worthing Homes, we want to make sure that the homes and service we offer as a landlord are of the highest quality, accessible and fair.

To ensure that this happens we need to profile all of our residents. Our first customer profile was distributed to Worthing Homes’ properties in 2004, and approximately 600 residents were visited by our customer profiling co-ordinator in their homes between March 2010 to December 2010. To ensure we have up-to-date information about all of our residents we now need to send out a new survey early November 2011.
