Community House adopted

The Community House has had a fantastic start to the year by being adopted!

I’m delighted that we have been chosen as the Broadwater community charity. The work that we do here plays an important part of community life, and we are thrilled to be given the opportunity to share this experience with students from the school. Sue Brown, project manager at the Community House

The Broadwater community at Worthing High School have chosen the house as their local charity for the year. The Community House, which was set up in 2007, is a special place where people can meet up informally, take part in activities and training, or drop in for help and advice.

As well as fund raising for the house students from Worthing High will be donating their time to the project. Plans are already in place for some of the students to help with a redecoration project as a part of their community day on 15 March.
