Working with local artist Sarah Sepe the community house held an art competition, sponsored by Lemo UK, for the children who attend.
Using autumn as the theme the children had to create a picture, using any materials they liked, that described Autumn for them. There was a variety of themes chosen including trees, leaves and fireworks. The entry level was high with over 10 children from all different age groups taking part.
As a reward for their hard work Lemo UK treated the children to tea at the Munch café in Worthing, and whilst there Richard Thomas MD of Lemo UK, along with colleagues, selected the three best pictures and presented the winners with a prize each.
The children art work has been up on display at the Munch café in the Royal arcade, Worthing and will continue to be on display there up until late December.
