We have been made aware of two men calling on residents recently claiming to be Worthing Homes contractors and asking to look around back gardens. Luckily the residents asked to see ID and the men left!
Remember all Worthing Homes and RedAssure staff carry an ID card and will show it upon arrival.
Furthermore if there are works to be done to your property or to your RedAssure unit you will be notified beforehand by either our maintenance department, the contractor that we have assigned to do the job, or by RedAssure.
Please ensure that you keep safe by always asking to see ID from anyone who knocks on your door that you don’t know!
