Thank you to everyone that took part in our STAR customer satisfaction survey this year.
The results of the survey have helped identify what is most important to you, our customers, in the services we provide and the ways in which we provide them. You have told us what your priorities are, what we are doing well and what we are doing less well.

As a result of this valuable feedback our next step is to hold customer focus groups with some of those who responded. We will discuss specific areas of dissatisfaction in the groups and talk through what we can do to improve. We will then put together an action plan, which we will share with you, to make changes to improve your customer experience.
