We are delighted to be in contract with Elivia Homes acquiring 7 new affordable homes in the parish of Fittleworth, three of which will be certified Passivhaus and two are Shared Ownership. The development itself has been designed with sustainability in mind with every home benefitting from electric vehicle charging, an air source heat pump and ample landscaped private and communal areas.
