We are delighted to have completed 9 new homes in Bracklesham Bay for people in the Chichester district.
The development in Middleton Close has seen the creation of 7 one bedroom flats, with one of these being fully wheelchair accessible with height adjusting kitchen worktops and fully adapted wet room, and 2 two bedroom family homes all built to a high standard with the latest in sustainable technology.
As part of the move away from gas boilers these homes are fitted with air source heat pumps. These take heat from the air and boosts it to a higher temperature using a heat pump. The pump needs electricity to run, but use less electrical energy than the heat it produces. We have also installed electric car charging points, water butts and for the local wildlife there are bird and bat boxes dotted around the site.
