We have just taken possession of the first of our new homes, two 3 bedroom houses and 15 2 bedroom flats, on the Yeoman Chase development on Littlehampton Road, Worthing.
The properties, built by Bloor Homes, have a contemporary styling and have been built to level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
The Yeoman Chase development is providing 109 new homes, of which 26 will be Worthing Homes properties, and is also the home for the new Guild Care dementia centre and wellbeing home.
The residents of this first phase of homes will be moving in at the end of this month, just in time for Christmas, with the second phase of properties being ready early January.
