A grand redesign

Our very last hostel accommodation, in Grafton Road, Worthing, has now been transformed into four contemporary new homes.

The house, previously known as Richmond Villa, was built in the late 18th century by Thomas Prick and has been identified as a building of local interest due to its architectural quality and character and its inclusion in the Chapel Road conservation area.

Throughout the conversation great care was taken to preserve many of the original features including scrolling fascia’s to the front exterior of the building, along with decorative mouldings and two grand pillars inside the building.

The development has now completed and provides a 3 bedroom maisonette with garden, a 2 bedroom flat with garden and two 1 bedroom flats all at affordable rent.
