Sustainability In The Community

At Worthing Homes we do a lot to try and make our organisation more sustainable, from looking at the carbon footprint of our office supplies, and the materials used by our contractors, to encouraging colleagues to cycle to work with free breakfast and bike maintenance or performing efficiency works on our communal gas heating systems. The biggest and most important part of this organisation of course is you, the residents, and the homes that you live in.

One of the fundamentals to living and working more sustainably is making connections and collaborating with one another, and we know that we can achieve more through doing more of this. With this in mind, we’re thinking ahead about holding a future series of workshops, about sustainable topics that matter to you.

These will be open to staff and residents, to give everybody the opportunity to be involved in the conversations around what we’re doing, where we’re going, and how we’re going to get there, along with the opportunity to contribute towards achieving our sustainability targets.
