Providing good quality affordable homes for people in the local area is a passion of ours. We believe that it is the foundation required for so many other things that we all depend on but may take for granted such as security, education, health, work and support networks.
Our Business Plan target is to deliver a rolling programme of 500 new homes over 5 years; and we specialise in small to medium size opportunities with our focus being on delivering affordable housing for rent and shared ownership, both of which are then managed by our local neighbourhood teams. In certain locations we will also consider private sale opportunities.
We are keen to buy land and explore opportunities in areas where we currently provide excellent housing management services, support community wellbeing and have strong strategic alliances with the Local Authorities (Worthing, Adur, Arun, Chichester and Horsham); and will consider land opportunities, package deals, joint ventures, S106 schemes, portfolio acquisitions and regeneration opportunities.
