Feedback and Complaints

Your feedback is valuable to us as it helps us to continually improve our services. We encourage you to get in touch if you have any feedback or compliments, or if you wish to discuss anything you’re unhappy about.

We will do our best to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently and use all feedback we receive to improve the service we provide. You can find out more by reading our complaints policy.

We aim to comply with the Housing Ombudsman Service’s Complaints Handling Code. We carry out a self-assessment annually against the code – this was last done in September 2023 and is available here.
