Being built by Charles church (persimmon) this development will see 18 affordable rent homes available through the local authority housing list.
These will comprise of 12 two bed and 6 three bed homes; and through our shared ownership programme 4 two bed and 3 three bed homes.
The shared ownership homes will be available March 2023 and the affordable rents between June 2023 and March 2024
