During the summer months we held a number of events (service interest groups and fun days) as part of the new regulatory framework.
Over 400 residents got involved and gave us their views on our current service, reviewed it against the service standards of the TSA, and compared it with other organisations.
As a thank you we entered all of the residents that were involved into a prize draw to win one of three Red Letter Day gift vouchers. The winners have been notified.
