Be a tenant director
Our management board comprises three groups – independent directors, council nominees and tenant directors. Four of the thirteen directors come from our customer base and are elected for a term of three years.
We are keen to hear from potential applicants who:
- are committed to the community, resident involvement and equality and diversity;
- are committed to community involvement and development;
- are aware of the needs of our customers;
- have the ability to interpret information, listen and debate effectively;
- are able to work as part of a team;
- have access to and are willing to learn or have the ability to use modern IT systems, particularly electronic means of communication.
