Our customers help us to make better decisions about our business. That's why it's important that residents join us on our residents' panel, join our board of directors and take up opportunities to become shareholders, with voting rights and a say at our AGM.
Ten years ago, we promised that:
“Worthing Homes will ensure that residents are aware of and feel involved in, all decisions affecting their homes and communities. We will do this by providing regular, clear and timely information to residents, with opportunities to influence decisions at a level they feel comfortable with.”
Our focus is making sure that we deliver excellent levels of customer service – and we need our residents’ help to do that. As our business develops, we want to ensure there is no loss of service quality as we grow.
