Annual Funday
Over 200 came to join in the activities at our annual Fun Day, which this year was back at East Worthing Community Centre. Worthing Homes staff and resident volunteers were on hand to help visitors find their way around all that was on offer.
This included:
Belly dancing
The Great Spaghetti magic act and Dandelion puppet show
Hot dogs and home made cakes.
The chance to try west African food
Graffiti art, mosaic and painting
Hand reflexology
Prize bingo
Northbrook students mimed a production about being a good neighbour and Brighton and Hove Albion were able to use Carpetright’s car park to run skills competitions.
We had a lot of help from some of our contractors who contributed cash and prizes on the day and Cheryl from PH Beck played the glamorous assistant to Simon Anderson’s Bruce Forsyth in Play Your Cards Right. Thanks to them.
