Mystery shopping


Could you become a mystery shopper?


We are continually recruiting Worthing Homes residents and leaseholders.  This involves volunteers testing our services by making anonymous telephone calls and/or personal visits.  They then record the experiences and evaluate the quality of our services.  This helps us to see where our services can be improved.


In return for a little of your time, we will give you:


  • Free training
  • The chance to develop market research skills
  • The opportunity to help us improve our services to you

Volunteers have 1 day’s training and at the end of the exercise receive high street vouchers as thanks for their time and telephone expenses.

All reasonable travel, childcare and carer costs will be reimbursed.

 

As one shopper put it:
 

"it was much easier to do than I thoughtl.  The training gave me the confidence to carry out the shops without giving myself away!  I quite enjoyed having the opportunity to pretend to be someone else for a while. 

I would recommend anyone to have a go".
