Equality and Diversity Strategy consultation

Equality and diversity is something that affects everyone. Here at Worthing Homes we recognise that we all want to live in communities where everyone can participate fully and equally. This means making sure that customers and staff do not receive different treatment because of their age, disability, faith sexuality and or gender.

We have reviewed our equality and diversity policy and developed an over arching draft strategy which I would like your comments on.

The strategy has been developed as we recognise that we need processes in place to ensure we are taking appropriate action, monitoring our activities and continuously improving. It is intended to address equality and diversity issues in their widest context and will sit over all of our policies and practices.
