How do I apply?

 

If you are intrested you can contact Moat Housing Association (The zone agent) and they will put you in contact with any Housing Association Building/Marketing shared ownership properties in the area.

Moat will send you an application form and you will need to return the form to them.

We suggest that for any area that you choose, you should contact the local authority and ask to have your details put on the local authority shared ownership list as well.
