In 2007 we will be working on

• 6 houses to be refurbished at Rectory Court in Shoreham
• 3 disability bungalows for rent at Mendip Road Garage Site
• 18 flats for rent at Victoria Road
• 19 flats for rent at Cross Street
• 22 flats for rent at Stanley Road, Wick, Arun
• 12 flats for rent at Angola Road
• 8 Houses for rent at Stoney Lane, Shoreham-by-Sea, Adur

In 2006 we completed the following projects:-

• 23 flats for rent at Phoenix House
• 2 houses for rent at Lennox Mews
• 10 houses for shared ownership at Lennox Mews
• 3 houses for shared ownership in Orme Road

In 2005 we completed the following projects:-

• 30 rented properties at Hildon Park
• 8 flats for rent at High Street
• 6 shared ownership houses at Wenban Mews
• 5 properties for temporary housing
• 12 flats above the shops and 3 houses at Warners Parade
• 5 shared-ownership flats at Grafton Road
• 11 flats for shared ownership in Oxford Road
• 5 properties for the NHS in Park Road
• 12 flats at 155 Tarring Road for rent

In 2004 we completed the following projects:-

• 16 new houses and flats on a brownfield site at 91-96 High Street
• Refurbished a building in Tarring Road to provide 7 flats
• Completed our first shared ownership dwellings at Heene Road, bringing 6 one and two bedroom flats within the reach of first-time buyers and key workers.
• A redundant sheltered block has also been refurbished to provide rented accommodation for 20 key workers.
• We purchased a property for temporary social housing, assisting the Borough Council with their policies of moving families out of Bed and Breakfast.

In 2003 we completed the following projects:-

• We built new properties in Sackville Road , Clifton Court and St Richard's Close. These now provide 22 new homes for local people - as well as remodeling outdated accommodation and regenerating difficult areas of the town.
