RedAssure is a service, which allows you to be confident about being at home alone, any time of the day or night.

If you are disabled, whether permanently or temporarily, it can be frustrating to have to rely on others to help. But doing things alone can be worrying.What would happen if I fall?Will I remember to take my medication? You can quickly lose confidence and in turn that can make you depressed and slow down your recovery or improvement rate.

The RedAssure service offers you a safety net, making you more independent in your home.

You can choose the level of service you want, from daily well-being calls, to medication reminders, to call-outs for falls.We can phone friends or family on your behalf if you are unable to do so, or arrange for medical services to visit.

Who uses RedAssure?

RedAssure is used by people who are concerned about mobility and the possibility of falling, as well as by people who may need the emergency services for a wide range of services. It provides reassurance to people who have sports or industrial injuries, road accidents, difficult pregnancies, and permanent or temporary debilitating illnesses or conditions.

Some people want the service for a short time, for example while they recover from an injury; other people may want the service for longer. Our service is designed to help you to be independent in your home and become more confident moving about without assistance.

Telecare Services Association

Following lots of hard work from the RedAssure team we have been awarded with accreditation to the Telecare Services Association. The TSA are the governing body for all Telecare service providers in the UK and they set very high standards for our industry. Achieving this award has really positive implications for the business and RedAssure's reputation and it will give us a great advantage when it comes to attracting new business and larger contracts.

The TSA's requirements have always been demanding, however, they have recently revised their code of practice to an even higher standard. RedAssure is proud to be the first organisation in the Country to pass the 2009 code of practice.
