Working in partnership with Barratt David Wilson Homes, this development will provide a total of 209 new homes.

173 properties will be available through the Homemove choice based lettings scheme, with the other properties available for Intermediate Rent.
The development is being completed over several phases:
Phases 1 and 2 have successfully completed and are now fully occupied by new residents.
Phase 3 will see the completion of 33 homes, to include 3 houses for intermediate rent and 17 houses anmd 11 flats for affordable rent. Completion of these homes is scheduled for July 2012.
Phases 4 and 5 will see an additional 70 new homes built all for affordable rent. These homes are expected to complete throughout 2013.
