Meet the team

Worthing Homes is an independent social business led by its board of directors and a senior management team.

Board of directors

Worthing Homes is advised by a Board of Directors made up of people from a broad range of backgrounds and experience. Their role is to help make strategic decisions about how the business is run, the management of the homes and planning the future.

The Board has thirteen places which are divided into three categories. Six places are allocated to independent directors – usually local people with business expertise, four tenant directors and three Worthing Borough Council appointed directors. Our current board members are:

Senior management team

The senior management team is responsible for the leadership and for the overall day to day running of the organisation. The team supports, advises and implements policies approved by the board.

The senior management team the chief executive, Robin King, housing director, Moira James, Robin Roberts, property services director and Julian Pitcher, resources director.
