Neighbourhood housing officer

We are looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Officer to join our team and to help us shape and deliver a high quality customer experience with all housing needs resolved effectively, efficiently and professionally.

As a Neighbourhood Housing Officer you will have accountability for the day to day housing management of a neighbourhood area. You will work remotely in the community to identity problems, interact with customers and agencies to resolve issues and provide a great customer experience.

The successful candidate will:
• Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Have experience of working with people who have complex needs, providing them with guidance and support
• Be able to carry out multi agency work and build on these relationships
• Be an effective communicator with the ability to prioritise, manage your own workload and meet deadlines
• Have an understanding of housing legislation and practice
• Be an effective, resilient, focused member of the team
• Hold a full UK Driving licence and have the use of your own car

Painter

Do you have?
• Experience in domestic decorating works, preferably within a social housing context, with an appropriate trade qualification
• A great attitude with an eye for detail and the ability to meet targets without loss of quality
• A sound working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations such as working from height

If the answer is yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you within our Property Services Team. You will be key in supporting the delivery of the planned maintenance and refurbishment of our properties.
