The Sales and Leasehold Adviser is committed to providing an excellent service. In order to achieve this we have developed these standards after consultation with residents.

We will send you an estimated service charge invoice every year

We will send you a detailed rent and/ or service charge statement every quarter

We will offer a variety of payment methods you can use to pay your service charge

We will ensure all our literature is relevant and to our ‘resident approved standard’

We will give you an information pack about the services we provide and who to contact when you buy your home/ move into your new home. We will ask you how you prefer us to communicate with you

We will send you a home owners newsletter annually and our quarterly newsletter ‘Home News’ upon request

We will hold an annual Leaseholders’ Forum

If you apply to buy your home we will send you an application pack within 5 working days and process your application within the legal timescales

If you are a shared owner and want to sell your home we will give you information and tell you about any costs or fees you may have to pay within 5 working days. We will arrange for a valuer to contact you to value your home within 5 working days of receiving your valuation payment, and help you find a buyer within the timescales set out in your lease

If you tell us you want to decrease or increase the share of your shared ownership property, we will give you information and tell you about any costs or fees you may have to pay within 5 working days and complete the application process in line with legal timescales

We will let you know if you are in arrears of rent and/ or service charge and any action we intend to take to recover them

We can help you agree a repayment plan with us if you think you are going to have difficulties paying your rent and/ or service charge following major works. Contact the Sales and Leasehold Adviser

We will ensure you are aware of the other service standards relevant to you
