Annual Reports

As part of the regulation, every year, we will provide a new annual report to residents, letting them know how we're doing and what standard of service they're getting.

In this, our second report Annual report to residents October 2011*, you can find details about what we have achieved since last year, including:

  • We now have a full set of service standards
  • A shadow resident scrutiny committee has been established, and held their first meeting
  • We have reviewed a number of our services including:
  • resident involvement incorporating the new scrutiny work
  • our asset management team have undertaken a procvess mapping exercise in order to streamline the services they provide you with
  • our gas servicing contract was reviewed
  • we have developed a new single equality scheme and an equality and diversity standard
