We are delighted to finally get the chance to convert our temporary  accommodation with shared bathroom facilities into individual self-contained flats.  Some of you may already know of these properties which are dotted around Worthing; 15 Langton Road, 17 Teville Road, 40 Shelley Road, 7 Salisbury Road, 19/21 Elm Road and 5/7 Shelley Road.

The properties are being converted in 2 stages by Frank Sandell and Sons (Worthing) Limited.  They are a long established local building firm and have already started work on 3 properties.

Three out of 6 properties will be sold under the HomeBuy Scheme (part buy/part rent) and 3 will be let and managed by Worthing Homes.
