RedAssure awarded accreditation

Following lots of hard work from the RedAssure team we have been awarded with accreditation to the Telecare Services Association. (TSA)

The TSA are the governing body for all Telecare service providers in the UK and they set very high standards for our industry.

Achieving this award has really positive implications for the business and RedAssure’s reputation and it will give us a great advantage when it comes to attracting new business and larger contracts. 

The TSA’s requirements have always been demanding, however, they are currently revising their code of practice to an even higher standard.

RedAssure were the pilot for their new code of practice and, as such, we are now the only organisation in the Country that has passed an audit at this level.
