On 31 August Worthing Homes became the new landlord for Kerrison Mews in Hove.
On 31 August Worthing Homes became the new landlord for Kerrison Mews in Hove.
The property, which used to be owned by the Home Group, contains 18 affordable rented flats. Worthing Homes plan to spend around £180,000 on improvements to the building, including new windows if the planners will allow.
The transfer will enable a more local management, which the residents are delighted with.
