Regeneration and renewal
Worthing Homes has invested over £80 million in regeneration and renewal. We are proud that 98% of our homes meet the government’s Decent Homes Standard.
Since 1999, when we began, we have provided over 400 new homes, we service a growing customer base of over 6,000 and we have developed an award winning community project.
